Students volunteered to represent their cultures or cultures close to them for their fellow students at Bolles’s first World Cultures Fair. On March 23rd, students flowed into Davis Gym during Activities to experience all the diversity that Bolles has to offer. Each booth had a poster about the country and many featured traditional outfits, food, and even music of the culture. Sophia Lutz (’17) helped her friend Leah Bayat (’17) run the Afghanistan booth. “My favorite part of the Culture Fair was watching my classmates get excited about each other’s cultures and sharing it with others” said Lutz (’17), “and seeing Vikram dance.”
