V Pizza, an upcoming restaurant chain in the Jacksonville area has just opened a new restaurant on San Jose Blvd. After trying the tasteful pizza parlor on multiple occasions I was very pleased with the food.

                Nancy Hanna said, “I’ve never had bruschetta so good, but it wasn’t even bruschetta, it was on a pizza.” After having the bruschetta myself I couldn’t help but agree. It was so unique and different from anything else I’ve ever had. It was such a good and tasty combination, a perfect mix between pizza and bruschetta. The Bruschetta only had tomatoes and a few spices but it packed a powerful punch for a few fresh ingredients. I’d recommend it to anyone I knew for its fantastic flavor.

                Another favorite among my testers was the margarita pizza. It had just the right amount of tomatoes to not overpower the basil and cheese. It was probably the best pizza I had in a long time. It couldn’t even rival the main brands like Pizza Hut or Dominos, V Pizza was blatantly superior.

               V Pizza makes wonderful desserts that range from cheesecake to chocolate cake. One of my fellow diners said, “that cheesecake was absolutely amazing and is pretty much as good as the Cheesecake Warehouse.”

                In response to the chocolate cake, most of my testers thought it was very good, especially for a pizzeria, but it could do with some work. Overall it was a positive response on the deserts.

                A restaurant that has some of the best bruschetta and pizza in town as well as great desert. The people who work at V’s Pizza consider it a pleasure and an art form to make you a beautiful, tasteful pizza.. It’s not exactly as cheap as McDonald’s, but it’s worth it considering how great the food can be. Overall I’d recommend V Pizza to any pizza lover out there.
